Our Head Chefs are Helen Roberts and Soraya Lavery:

Since 1998, Helen has a track record of success working with SME's and Start Ups providing high level business & people strategies that drive growth. She is a successful entrepreneur in her own right and has coached, mentored, trained and supported thousands of businesses owners to date. She has in depth knowledge of the food industry. Helen's philosophy is simple – she always encourages her clients to Find and Do something that they are passionate about and that they love. She encourages people to strive to be the best that they can be and achieve far greater success doing something that they love as opposed to working, doing something they hate,
Helen founded CPG Executive Consulting in 1998, and launched Start-Up Richmond in 2010. She is a sought-after speaker on many businesses topics.
COO of CPG Executive Consulting, Soraya has been working with SMEs and corporates since 2001. She has extensive knowledge of business and growth strategy, sales training and mentoring as well as significant experience in the food market. Soraya focuses on understanding core business challenges and providing sensible solution which achieve the desired results as well as ROI.
