It’s great news for food businesses in Richmond. A new campaign to aid and support new and existing food businesses has been awarded by Richmond Council. With a large number of food businesses existing in the borough, the council is very keen to support the growth of food businesses, pre-start and existing, across Wandsworth. The food enterprise programme has been aptly named “Richmond Foodies”. Richmond Foodies will be officially launched at the beginning of May, though things are already heating up with food businesses already receiving support and coaching.
The CEO of CPG Helen Roberts shared her thoughts on being awarded the contract.
“We’re genuinely excited to roll out our package of business support to Pre Start, Start Up and SME’s. As entrepreneurs ourselves; we know what it takes to build a multiple six and seven figure business and just how tough it can be. It can be a lonely world.
At Richmond Foodies our whole team are passionate about people’s success and helping them to create everything and more; that they want to achieve.
The support we provide will give business owners practical tools they can implement in to their business; which are essential for growth. We will ensure each business has a clearly defined strategy for growth and help keep business owners accountable to their goals. “
